I was gonna get some bottles, but the shipping is a bit dodgy. I've never encountered $40 shipping before. Almost like drip pricing.

As an aside, I've had issues with Sense of Taste before. I once bought some bottles, then received an email a week later saying they were out of stock, offering a refund (but there was no apology). I then checked the website a week after and the wine concerned was still showing as being in stock. So I'm a little cautious with them now.

Edit: anyways, I didn't buy on principle (despite the prices still being ok with the shipping).

I placed an order at $450+, including a $200+ Irish Whiskey. Just received an email saying the whiskey I ordered was not available and offering a substitute or partial refund and partial postage refund (non-specific). I didn't want a substitute and couldn't be bothered haggling over a postage reduction so asked them to cancel the whole order and refund me.
