Not great. Delivery is very slow. On my last one, I got a different vintage than what I ordered (and I specifically wanted that vintage, so I got the cough about it), I sent an email to inform them about it. I got to talk to someone the next day, but it ended with 'I will call you back tomorrow to fix things' and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the call back...
