There is a thread here you should have a look through
I am due for another wine fridge soon so was looking around recently. I had a look at Appliances Online during their recent sale and I reckon all the fridges seem to have gone up in price by at least 30% since the last one I purchased about 3 or 4 years ago. I got a 195 Liebherr for just under $2k and the same model is now just shy of $3k.

Would have thought they should be getting cheaper or worse case staying about the same price. Is the demand for these things just getting so high that they are bumping the prices?

Anyone have any ideas what the latest Langton’s Reserve mixed Shiraz 6 pack contains?

Maybe detail is too scant:
Barossa Shiraz 2009
Museum Release
McLaren Vale Shiraz 2017
96 points Sam Kim, 95 points Huon Hooke
Barossa Shiraz 2013
Classified Outstanding, 95 points James Halliday
Eden Valley Shiraz 2017

From my records the Liebherr Wkb 4612 - 195 bottles was $2,734 at Harvey Norman last year. RRP 3590.

Redmaxo did you find you have any humidity issues with your Liebherr? Too humid causing some wine labels to wrinkle up?

Pretty sure Barossa Shiraz 2013 is Grant Burge Meshach.

I have the same Liebherr but I have the opposite problem. Even with a glass of water with a sponge in it I can't get humidity past 50%.

I reckon (based on trying to cross reference scores and what's available on langtons already - not a 100% accurate approach):

Barossa Old Vine Company
Ulithorne avitus
? Maybe Meshach?
Yalumba Octavius
Clarendon Hills Syrah
Torbreck the Factor

that comes to about $700 on RRP though, so slightly over I think

Possibly a Covid effect due to import delay. It is the same with bikes, camper van, etc.

Yes I've had a few humidity issues and wrinkled labels with that one. There seems to be certain brands that are particularly susceptible to wrinkled labels - the worst are the ones with jagged edges like D'Arenberg and Oakridge. My main issue being in Brisbane is that if I'm putting stuff in or pulling out and have the door open for a couple of minutes the wines start sweating given the huge temp differential.

Wow, you can't make this up...., surely it can't be that hard for LL to remove the price from its database?

In NSW it lets you get all the way to selecting a delivery time and then tells you it doesn't have stock

edit: that's for pick up only - delivery has gone through fine for this Saturday.

ok got it to work. seems to only work on those stores that LL is attached to the Coles i.e. they are not separate but you can shop both at the same time (just a theory)
I had to select home delivery. It's not stocked at any stores around me.
