Giants steps barrel hall sale has been on this weekend and finishes tomorrow. For anyone wondering what was on offer (as of around 2pm today):
Side steps white/red/rose - $50/half doz
2017 Mule shiraz - $120/doz
2017 LDR (Pinot/shiraz) - $100/half doz
2016 merlot - $100/doz
Causes & cures semi sweet vermouth - $60/half doz.

Just a word of warning; the Yarra Valley was very, very busy today. As an alternative the email they sent around last week mentioned to send your details if you were interested in anything and couldn’t make it in on the weekend. There didn’t appear to be a huge amount of stock left in the barrel hall (mostly half pallets of each of the above), but not sure if there was more stored elsewhere.

For those who got the Qantas Wine/Epiqure $50 voucher - Wolf Blass black label 2005 selling in singles at reduced price of $76.50. Buying 2 comes to $103 with voucher and free delivery.

Using the $50 voucher was not cost effective for me. I used it on "Marvellous Mystery Red 6" before the price drop from $162 to $98.94.
Thus I ended paying $112. Now sold out.

Unable to add that item to my cart.

UPDATE: I see it's SOLD OUT.

For those with the discount, the Dandelion mixed red dozen is quaffer heaven at ¬$12/bottle with a bonus magnum of the lionheart shiraz. Dandelion Mixed Red Dozen + Bonus MAGNUM. Amisfield Pinot for $26 is also good buying. Xanadu Cab at $22 also.

I went in for the Cape Mentelle Wallcliffe Cab Bled 14 for ¬$31 which I'm stoked with. Lots of love for Qantas right now.

Nice try Steady:) but that's the 2016 and is showing as $35 for me unlike the 2015 which has $12.50 in red next to the original price (via the original link), I'm starting to wonder whether you need a higher level of membership....?

Hi Whining&dining; By the looks of it I would say sold out. Sorry Rug:(

He is indeed Rug, I'm starting to think I've missed the boat on this one but never mind, it's not like I haven't lots of great gear in the cellar to occupy myself with;)!
