Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

I couldn't resist getting 12 at that price. It seemed to be an in store special, I went looking for a different vintage at the other BWS in my area and none had the same special. I am very tempted to get more.

BWS has 30% off any 6 for wine.

I got the same email at 12:30pm and thought that it was too expensive.

I didn't buy. But a friend of mine bought this Zalinga Chairman's Reserve Hunter Valley Shiraz and we had it last night. Absolutely spectacular. I tried to buy the rest of the case from him and he wasn't having any of that!

But it is a 2010 vintage that will cellar for only 5 years per the winery website. I was going to buy it til I realised this. If you will drink it this year it is a bargain.
Probably why DM are running them out as a secret deal

The Secret Pinot from Dan Murphys has dropped in price to $120/6 pack - https://www.danmurphys.com.au/product/DM_786825/secret-selection-pinot-noir

Its the Essenze Flagship ($57 for the non-secret version at DM) for those that were not aware or had forgotten

Good timing as I'm running out of Pinots.

You can split with friends or just drink fast ;)

I was offered a member exclusive sav blanc workshop.. Looks like they are holding them around the country.. I don't drink sav blanc but the DM champagne night previously advertised on AFF was very good.. Not sure if it's transferable but let me know if you want more information :)

We both got that email too, and neither of us drink white wine despite what the email claims
