Good value pack for those who likes Astralis.
Nice. But I'm officially not talking to Langtons after they botched my order for 11x2010 Brookman with a bottle of 2008 Astralis for $600. I got nothing despite being told it was 'on it's way' and chasing up.four times, so they're dropped!

Bit of a giveaway in the URL - "CCAVMVS" - I assume thats Curtis Cavaliere

Wouldn't read much into the RRP on Curtis wines.

I used to bid on Langton, won some pretty good deal, since they updated their website, it is soooo slow, and I lost my interest.
Your deal was mad! Sounds like they are giving away the Brookman!

$90/btl for many of those wines is a bit high based on recent prices on this forum... the pack does look great tho
Astralis is $450 at DM, it is something quite special. Turkey’s Flat and Voyage is below the average price of the pack. If you like Astralis or really would like to try, it is good value. Not sure If 08 was a good year though.

Recent posts elsewhere: The Pinot Noir Thread, Advice on champagne, Nice wines I have drunk recently

Guigal Back Vintages including La Las @ Rathdowne Cellars

This probably not a bad deal assuming you don't get corked bottles of the Maurice O'Shea and they've been stored ok for the past 15 years.....

Around $280 for the 6 pack after 7% shopback

or $217.09 ($36.18/bt) with CITI20 after 10.5% Cashrewards - thanks/credit to @mini2 :)

the shareholders classified collection last year was possibly even better value, definitely so after 25% cashback

Yep, it was a good deal. The 2010 brookman at $50 was a decent price for a red at prime age and the astralis on top made it amazing. I had friends lined up to tuck in. Next Langtons did the same deal with 2008 Brookman but I didn't go in as I had an order 'on the way'. Then it turned out it never was!! Langtons have given me a piddly $50 voucher for stuffing me about. I approached the winery direct to see if they'd help me realise my dreams but they've blanked me (twice). So, I don't think I'll ever grab any astralis and perhaps that's not a terrible thing as super-premiums are just a bit hypey.

Cashrewards Cellarmasters currently 25%. 2004 Krug for $322 after cashback would be tempting if you could buy in singles.
