Why busted, he says he has no connection? What have I missed?

Agreed Prozac. It would be a shame if people felt reluctant to post "deals" because they might be accused of having a connection to a retailer. Fair enough to ask the question, but given the denial and the absence of any evidence to the contrary, time to move on.

I hadn't heard of Smashvino until the recent round of posting and am always keen to try new retailers that have decent deals.

Hopefully you're seconding the second part of that comment rather than the first, else it might seem like you haven't been paying good enough attention around here :)

Oct 8, 2017: SMASHSOCIETY - 20% off
Apr 16, 2018 & Apr 25, 2018: SMASHINGBOTTLES - 30% off
May 4, 2018: SMASHINGBOTTLES - 20% off
May 31, 2018: SMASHSOCIETY - 30% off
qaz, I don’t have your photographic memory sorry- I wish I did :(

The first time I remember hearing about Smashvino and going to look at their site was April - I considered that to be the recent round of posting (where I picked up some Art Series). I was seconding members posting deals from places I hadn’t heard about

Talking about Semillon, not sure if it is a news to anyone but the Kemeny's label 3433 at $10 seem to me like Mount Pleasant Cellar Release Elizabeth.
Tyrrells and Mount Pleasant do my favourite Hunter Semillon :)

Thanks CE we are doing a byo restaurant on Saturday night but I think I will do a Moët and a Diana to be safe. I do have other choices too.

For those that like real mystery packs. I just got this email from Fourth Wave Wines. I was happy with the previous Mystery pack, which was the Woods Crampton Mystery Dozen, so have jumped on this one also. From memory some got free postage last time (I paid $10)

Big Brand Bin End Sale
MYSTERY MIXED DOZEN!

The Fourth Wave Wine mystery mixed dozen is back!

This time it's even bigger and better as we are trying to tidy up our cellar stocks and bin ends.

Every case has already been put together and there is ridiculous value to be had here. Not only does each case contain at least $250 of retail value but every case also has at least one 96 point Halliday red valued at over $50!

All this for $100 a dozen.

Stocks are limited so jump in quick and help us make space for the new and exciting wines that are arriving soon.

Pack Size: 12 Bottle Pack
Price: $100 (plus postage)

Please allow 5 -10 business days for delivery and if you have any issues please contact our friendly team on 1300 778 047.

Cheers!

That sounds like excellent value Chonka, I would seriously consider grabbing one if VM hadn't grabbed my wallet first! I think a mixed dozen can be a really great way of sampling a site's wares before committing to a straight dozen;)
