I'm on the fence about Lallier. It's OK, it's not battery acid, but it doesn't set my world on fire.

This dish needs no introduction. Looks good and tastes likewise.
Strange flavour chicken. Excellent flavours. Very generous with the sauce / dressing which was also very nutty... had a lot of it at the end that I was tempted to drink up.
Oyster blade with polenta and tarragon salsa. Very tender beef and tasty jus. Polenta is fine and wasn't very rich. Maybe I would like a bit more salsa myself.
American cheeseburger featuring CopperTree farms beef. It's served with rose sauce, but they also add additional ketchup and mustard on the bottom.
The flavour was bold and unassuming like any good cheeseburger. Juicy patty, a bit of crispiness on the edges. It's not 3 star Michelin, and you can argue if a burger belongs in the F lounge, but it's a damn good tasting burger.
The patty was cooked medium rare on mine. There's a few out there that would disagree with that and that patties should always be cooked through, but I don't mind it at all.
Again, a mainstay, but this time featuring raspberries and nectarines. They might want to do something to the nectarines if they want it to sing a bit through the dish, because the berry flavour is so dominant.
Affogato with macadamia liquer. I think the two scoops of ice cream are a bit too generous for the amount of coffee and liquer. The liqeur itself is peculiar: definitely a hint of macadamia, not subtle, but once you add it to the ice cream and coffee, the macadamia flavour becomes quite subtle.
