This year the basic 2007 HPC "membership pack" gives:

• 1 x $99 Guest Room "Welcome to Hilton" Card
• 2 x Member for a Stay Cards(fully transferable, single use only)

These come in the form of plastic cards with a magnetic strip. No specific printed rates on the "Welcome to Hilton" one.

Must have changed very recently. I renewed in May and the card mentions the $99 right down the bottom.

Mind you, when staying for $99 at a property where the cheapest rate is quite high one should not be too worried about stay credits.
