Citi cards become myCard - no more CX, KF, EY, QR from 16/11/25

You have to log into MyCard, then go to the rewards site under your card (redeem points) and there's an option to autoenrol in Velocity under the 'points transfer' bit.

Yeah I've had a look there but this is the page I'm presented with:

Yes, that’s correct. You have to add it to the cart and proceed. I know. Very bad user interface, but that’s how it is. I’ve done like that and I can confirm it works.

Excellent, thanks guys!

The chat told me I couldn't set up auto redemption for Velocity and suggested I change to the Qantas Premier card if I wanted auto redemption, but also they can't do that at the moment because the change card feature hasn't been set up.

This doesn't surprise me as I don't think I've gotten any accurate information from the chat support since they migrated to My Card!

For those with the Prestige - the Uber cashback is still per calendar year, and appears to post exactly 1 month after a >$100 charge. (you can tip your driver to exceed the $100 and trigger the cashback)

Time for me to cancel the card now!

Are the points meant to transfer with the statements? I've followed this and the points are still building up in the account.

No, you transfer points when you want. I’m hoping for a Vekocity transfer bonus at some point, given Citi and other NAB cards have had 10-15% in past.

Which card did you get? I’m on the Premier Velocity Promo, and assumed the bonus points would only credit if auto-redemption was set up.

I know back in the Citibank days people could turn off auto redemption after the bonus was awarded, then transfer to other partners instead.

Not sure if that’s still the case?

I have the prestige version, but never turned on the auto transfer.

Got the velocity version of the card but wanted to transfer the Citi points to avios so never turned on the auto redemption for velocity points.

I've got it on and got my points, but I've never actually seen an automatic redemption go through on my account.

I've seen my first automatic redemption come through 12 days after my first statement was issued..
On my velocity statement it shows as "My Card Premier Autosweep Points, <Date>"

Weird. I just checked and I still haven't received an automatic redemption, even though I set it up like above.
