I'm getting the message "You don't have enough rewards points."

You need a minimum of 20,000 points to transfer to Krisflyer.

Trying to empty out all my points to Singapore as I value Singapore more than Virgin; but, Citi is giving me "Your request couldn't be processed right now. Please try again later."

Anyone else getting this?

I transferred 90% 2 weeks ago, and just transferred the last 10% now. Worked, no error. Citi Rewards(premier) to KFF.
