Citi cards become myCard - no more CX, KF, EY, QR from 16/11/25

Trying to empty out all my points to Singapore as I value Singapore more than Virgin; but, Citi is giving me "Your request couldn't be processed right now. Please try again later."

Anyone else getting this?
I transferred 90% 2 weeks ago, and just transferred the last 10% now. Worked, no error. Citi Rewards(premier) to KFF.

Last day to transfer out prestige points to Krisflyer/Aviso/AsiaMiles...

Cleaned it all out today. Still have the second year SUB to come through early next and then it is time to cancel this card

I've posted this before but I still can't work out why NAB payed 1.2 billion dollars to aquire citi credit card business. From this and other forums and friends I don't know too many people who are considering hanging on to their current citi cards in the future.

They paid the money for the 'white label' credit card business (where a business effectively sold a Citi credit card under their own branding - Coles being one such example). Basically, it was a plan to grow NAB's credit card business, while Citi wanted to retreat from retail banking in most markets outside the US.

And they got Diners Club as well (owned by Citi) and they closed it completely :(

And rumour is that NAB are looking at the non retail arm of HSBC Australia which HSBC are looking to offload!
