Citi cards become myCard - no more CX, KF, EY, QR from 16/11/25

I've just been on the phone to Citi about the issue of incomplete communication of the changes with the transfer of Citi cards to myCard.
In particular I emphasised that the only communication of the cessation of points transfers to Airlines was by logging into your account and seeing the aforementioned note.
The call centre operator swore blind that the info was communicated by email and or letter.
And refused to accept anything I said. I mentioned that all the Citi cardmembers are aghast at NAB's lack of communication.
I said I want to escalate the issue and of course he was unable to get anyone for me to speak to.
As a data point I'll add that the Call Centre and operator was obviously in a South Asian continent.

What a $hitshow.

I am pretty sure I'll be cancelling my Prestige card before 16 November...
I was speaking to the CS just moments ago, asked about not receiving any comms and he said comms was sent out early Oct (when my card was just approved) and there was no way for him to re-send the official comms. When asked about redemption partners, there will only be Flybuys and Velocity after 16 Nov, no more other flight partner. N yes all he said was he will raise my concern to the relevant team and nothing else he could help. I got a feeling this is a disaster waiting to happen, either the cardholders or NAB will come out as a winner...

Keep it in case they don't totally fckup the complimentary travel insurance...

... tick tick tick...

... further enshittification pending!
That's my worry - they've already said they are discontinuing complimentary travel insurance and car rental cover from next May, so I'll be changing cards - their cover was pretty good and a big saving on insurance.

Didn't realise it had good insurance, noted that is Allianz so looks like similar policy to what ANZ offers.

With the re-branding, the questions that concern all card holders are the impact / changes to the existing benefits of each card, where no such information can be found even up until now 3 weeks out .. disappointing
If there is not information on a benefit change anywhere, then it's not changing.

I like your optimism but multiple indicators have pointed to a heavily culled benefits like the notice at the homepage that says all frequent flyer partners except for Flybuys and Velocity will no longer be available for redemption post migration. But no official announcement has yet been communicated to cardholders except the homepage notice. Happy to be proven wrong

I'll have to make a call tomorrow to Citi, just to cover some basic questions like will Avios still be a partner to transfer to.
Will I still receive my 2nd year bonus sign up Citi points.
And a general question where can I find exactly the changes that affect my prestige card, simple.
Really where does "My Card" name cover from anyway, sounds a bit ordinary n boring, nothing to do with NAB the brand?

Does anyone know if my card will offer a travel portal? Like Amex travel or amplify travel portal
Im wondering if the lux escapes deals and priority pass will still be a thing with the prestige - the lack of information is disappointing.
