Citi cards become myCard - no more CX, KF, EY, QR from 16/11/25

Just chatted with citibank CS - what i was told is post migration on 16th Nov, points redemption will only be applicable with Flybuys, Krisflyer and Velocity, no more Cathay and Etihad, while other benefits remain the same, this is Citibank Prestige
I read on their website that we wont be able to transfer to KrisFlyer

Another data point:
Received an email from SQ yesterday with the subject:
"Boost your KrisFlyer miles with Amex - plus discover new partners and more !"

And at the bottom was the caption:

"Last Chance to transfer with Citi
Citi Rewards points can only be transferred to your KF account until 16 November 2025.
Don't miss your final chance to boost your KF miles before this partnership ends and enjoy more rewarding journeys."

NAB really ought to publish a complete notice about the changes in their entirety.
The already published (incomplete) notice of changes says refer to the website for full list airline partners (or words to that effect) when you log in. That information isn't there.
16 November is only 3 weeks away.

totally agree. NAB has not said a word about this & is getting ready to really piss off their Citibank clients they have acquired

Ouch indeed. I'll be cancelling this card and signing up for an Amex Platinum card early next year. Although I have only ever transferred my points to Velocity, it's always great to know that the flexibility was there if needed. This change will make it too limited.

The info in this thread isn't speculation - it's confirmed if you log into your account (but it has not been directly communicated by email, AFAIK). I'm not sure why we wouldn't want someone drawing this to everyone's attention? It's a pretty big deal, and not everyone logs in to their Citi account very frequently.
The enshittification continues!

I've just been on the phone to Citi about the issue of incomplete communication of the changes with the transfer of Citi cards to myCard.
In particular I emphasised that the only communication of the cessation of points transfers to Airlines was by logging into your account and seeing the aforementioned note.
The call centre operator swore blind that the info was communicated by email and or letter.
And refused to accept anything I said. I mentioned that all the Citi cardmembers are aghast at NAB's lack of communication.
I said I want to escalate the issue and of course he was unable to get anyone for me to speak to.
As a data point I'll add that the Call Centre and operator was obviously in a South Asian continent.

What a $hitshow.

I am pretty sure I'll be cancelling my Prestige card before 16 November...

Maybe it will arrive in the post in coming days... it was said "later this month"...

I received no email communication. Totally unprofessional. We will be transferring the bulk of our 7 Million points to Kris Flyer in the next few weeks . Can’t believe NAB is doing this to their A+++ clients

Keep it in case they don't totally fckup the complimentary travel insurance...

... tick tick tick...

... further enshittification pending!

Help needed, please:
I have 2.5 million points in Citi rewards from my Prestige card. Usually I transfer them all to KrisFlyer, but not sure I will use them within 3 years given I have 2 bookings to Europe next year already.
I don't think I can transfer to QFF now that I already have the points warehoused and I'm pretty sure Avios also have a 3 yr expiry.
What would you do?
There are some really nice toasters that are a must! I have a few around my house

In the last 1-2 weeks, Citi rewards points have not been added to my balance for Citi Premier transactions. Nor can I see my list of individual points transactions anymore - just says I have no eligible transactions, even in date range when points were earned and credited. Anyone else having issues? Don’t think I have hit the 200k max for year. And even if I had, wouldn’t explain loss of transactions list.

I'm getting that message now too. Two days ago it was all fine now I can't see any transactions. Points have been added since the last statement though.

Can you share the last date you had points credited please? I’m also unable to see how to redeem to SQ or QR anymore. Might be missing them somehow, but can only see VA and FB options.
I can't see any transactions, only that the points total has increased since the last statement.

Aslo, I can only see SQ, VA and flybuys as transfer partners. I was planning to transfer to QR or CX prior to 16 Nov. Lets hope this a temporary glitch.

Those are only transfer partners I can see also. But I think that was always the case for Premier card, whereas Prestige should also have QR and CX options. If they’re starting to transition to new card/system, it’s not going well..
