Citi cards become myCard - no more CX, KF, EY, QR from 16/11/25

Just chatted with citibank CS - what i was told is post migration on 16th Nov, points redemption will only be applicable with Flybuys, Krisflyer and Velocity, no more Cathay and Etihad, while other benefits remain the same, this is Citibank Prestige
I read on their website that we wont be able to transfer to KrisFlyer

Another data point:
Received an email from SQ yesterday with the subject:
"Boost your KrisFlyer miles with Amex - plus discover new partners and more !"

And at the bottom was the caption:

"Last Chance to transfer with Citi
Citi Rewards points can only be transferred to your KF account until 16 November 2025.
Don't miss your final chance to boost your KF miles before this partnership ends and enjoy more rewarding journeys."

NAB really ought to publish a complete notice about the changes in their entirety.
The already published (incomplete) notice of changes says refer to the website for full list airline partners (or words to that effect) when you log in. That information isn't there.
16 November is only 3 weeks away.

totally agree. NAB has not said a word about this & is getting ready to really piss off their Citibank clients they have acquired

Ouch indeed. I'll be cancelling this card and signing up for an Amex Platinum card early next year. Although I have only ever transferred my points to Velocity, it's always great to know that the flexibility was there if needed. This change will make it too limited.
