Check Accor Plus free night availability

Is there a way to check availability for the Accor Plus Stay Plus (free night) while currently holding a reservation for the same? It seems to disqualify you from searching for potential better options before it's used.

I think (and I could be mistaken here) that the best Accor hotel in Sydney is the Sofitel Darling Harbour (I'll be staying there next month). I've stayed at a number of Novotel and Mercure hotels both in Sydney and elsewhere. They are perfectly serviceable hotels, particularly if you hold Platinum status where you'll get breakfast and decent upgrades. But they cannot hold a candle up to the quality of the rooms and the service one gets at a Sofitel. And certainly in terms of value for money on a free night award, you can't really do much better than a night at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. Indeed, I'll be using my Accor+ free night at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour next month.

In terms of other hotels to consider in Sydney, well I am told the other Sofitel (Wentworth, I think) is also good as well along with Pullmans (I've stayed at two thus far, Sydney Airport and Auckland) both of which were good.

One piece of advice for those booking these award nights is to look out far enough in advance. For instance, for the Sofitel I am staying at next month (Feb 3rd for those who absolutely must know), I booked that Stay Plus night in April of last year. Generally if you are flexible on the check-in dates that can help too.

Hi,

Im interested in purchasing Accor Plus for the Free stay. Im hoping i can use it for a Stay Plus night for my partners Birthday in Feb. Could someone please check for any availability for a Friday or Saturday night in Feb/March.

Agree with you that this would be ideal. However, there are plenty of other great Accor properties in Darling Harbour and the CBD worth checking out, which may be of some value, which I'll let the others comment on in terms of suitability and availability on the selected dates:
  • Swissotel Sydney
  • Pullman Sydney Hyde Park
  • Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour
  • Sofitel Wentworth

Hi team, first time poster. I have used my free night and my next year starts soon. can someone confirm if there is stay plus available at Sofitel Fiji between the dates of August 29th to September 3rd? 2 adults and 2 children under 12. any help would be greatly appreciated. cheers Matt

No stay plus available at this hotel on any day over the next 12 months.

Sofitel Wentworth Sydney will not have rooms available for booking from 8 January 2024 until 17 February 2024. This is due to major renovations. Hotel will reopen room availability from 17 February in a limited capacity, and it appears full renovations will not be complete until Spring 2024.

I can’t find any Stay Plus availability in Singapore on 4-5 August (including Ibis / Mercure / Pullman etc etc).

Not sure whats going on with your account.
Fairmont & Swissotel are available for those dates.

Coming up as $360 per night with stay plus
$446 per night without a stay plus.

Otherwise there is 20 other hotels coming up as available with stay plus at Gold Coast on those dates.

Thanks for the fast reply. I was thinking of signing up for the 2 free nights deal.
To confirm Moroccan isn't available to redeem the free nights but there are many other hotels available for those dates I could redeem the free nights at?
