Bankwest Transaction account - Earn 10,000 bonus Qantas Points

On a side note, the bankwest branch I signed up at a few months back for this has shut down.

Seems bizarre to me they'd run this promotion to get customers, only to shut shop soon after!

Yep - remember they are owned by CBA.

Anyhoo, I've decided the 2K monthly dance is not worth it so am closing my account. Can't do it on the Desktop interface, must use the app (or call).

I don't use an app. where there's a web interface available, so will load the app only for just as long as it takes.
