Thinking of keeping it it for now - I'll see if the $2k dance is worth it.

I got my 10k points today and I used it October, November, December. This means I'm only 14,000 points away from PC so think I'll just get some wine. I can't be bothered with the $2k dance so will close that this month

I'm another one that completed the requirements across Sep, Oct, Nov and had 10k points deposited into my QFF account this morning.

I just had the 3rd lot of points hit my QFF account today, but it's definitely 10k short.

I'll hold out another month for it to be fixed.

It seems those who got the 10k today did their transactions in Sept, Oct and Nov.

As I dd mine in Oct, Nov, Dec I would therefore expect the 10k to land 5th Feb.

Small transactions each month and the 2k shuffle, easy points. Will keep this one and use where required.

I started in September and had my points in January - are you sure you met all the criteria?

I opened my account 2nd October and am still waiting. Did the 10x transactions Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan. T&Cs said points will be credited within 60 days once eligibility criteria have been met, which for me is mid-Feb so will wait until then.

I definitely met the criteria but did Oct, Nov, Dec so maybe it will come mid/late Feb?

10k bonus points should be credited by the next statement after the 60 day period is met (ie the 4th statement was my experience)

I also decided to cancel my account. As you say it was very easy to do via the app.

Anyway I just applied...got approved straight away as imported all my details from my existing BW credit card acct.. it says 7-10 business days to get card so will be touch and go before I go away...

Damn, I did same over Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec and no 10k+ Will contact them and see what they say.
