Hmmm...I applied about a month ago almost and another follow up email yesterday. Not even an automated reply. Emails going to [email protected]

I received my Gold status last week, valid to 03/17..took the full 30 days for their response. Matched to AirBerlin Gold if that's any help...

Upgrade to Gold just came through this morning.
Am curious whether proper cards and materials will be sent out as the website card looks a little homemade...

I used QF Gold for the match.. I first applied the day after the promotion was announced and then sent a follow up 2 weeks later and it just came through, so I'm sure there's still a chance for them to continue trickling through... Perhaps send another email if it hasn't come through? Pestering works![]()
Out of interest jack and Smit did you match from QF gold or something else?

I'm trying to sign my Mother up for this and would appreciate some help.
First, was there a published time as to when the status match would end? I thought one of the South American programs was ending late October but it may have been late November.
Second, can anyone help what what's being required in the rectangular box below:

My assumption is that the below three boxes (bottom three in the red box I created) relate to the cardholder. But the top three lines have me stumped. And they are required fields.
Any tips?

You may have stumbled upon the solution, pagingjoan. When I clicked on my link it too was in English and the troublesome fields don't appear to be there. I'll have a go now and report back.
