Start afresh (re-click the link). Ignore the CPF box altogether. When you fill in 'Australia' for country the '*' (compulsory) should disappear from CPF. you can't change Portuguese as the language. Continue to ignore CPF. DO NOT uncheck the box.

That should do it. :)

I hope both this match and the Copa match are still accepting offers. My Mother's QF Gold courtesy of me is about to drop off and I'm trying to do what I can for her and the Old Man.
 
Received the status match to gold email overnight.
Applied 4th October. Valid to March 2017.

Yes, matched my QF P1.

I wonder if Amigo do soft landings. If they do it means *G status at least until 03/18 :)

I applied as well as I don't know how much longer I will retain SQ PPS for.

Funny thing is, I used CX DM + SQ PPS + EK Plat (all expiring late 2016) and they gave me just Gold.

In contrast, I gifted CX DM status to my girlfriend and that's what she used to request for the match and they gave her Diamond.
 
I applied on 11 Oct and came through last night. Matched to Gold (provided both VFF and QFF) and until 3/17 despite expiry on my others both being 3/16.
