I received my Gold status last week, valid to 03/17..took the full 30 days for their response. Matched to AirBerlin Gold if that's any help...

I'll hold out hope then.
 
I applied last week and got an automatic response the next day stating that it would take the 30 days, so fingers crossed for Gold!
If you didn't get the auto email, I would resend your QF card email again...
 
I got the automated response saying they would review within 30 days but nothing further yet.. 3 days left... fingers crossed
 
This is how Google translated my auto response:

Your request will be reviewed and, if eligible, within 30 days after the end of the promotion will be answered.

Not sure when the promotion ended (will end) but the time they give themselves is longer than 30 days after submission. :)

woo hoo! I was upgraded to Diamond this morning :)

I applied the first week of October with my QF Platinum that clearly showed expiry end of Oct 15. QF didn't end up comping me last week so... woo hoo, *A here I come
 
Upgrade to Gold just came through this morning.
Am curious whether proper cards and materials will be sent out as the website card looks a little homemade...

I used QF Gold for the match.. I first applied the day after the promotion was announced and then sent a follow up 2 weeks later and it just came through, so I'm sure there's still a chance for them to continue trickling through... Perhaps send another email if it hasn't come through? Pestering works :D

I'm trying to sign my Mother up for this and would appreciate some help.

First, was there a published time as to when the status match would end? I thought one of the South American programs was ending late October but it may have been late November.

Second, can anyone help what what's being required in the rectangular box below:

My assumption is that the below three boxes (bottom three in the red box I created) relate to the cardholder. But the top three lines have me stumped. And they are required fields.

Any tips?

You may have stumbled upon the solution, pagingjoan. When I clicked on my link it too was in English and the troublesome fields don't appear to be there.

But, when I untick the Titular do CPF box, that's when the other fields appear, the ones I was having trouble with. But if you don't untick the CPF box, doesn't that make it mandatory to be completed?
