Just found this photo - queue? what queue? We must have headed back at the right time, walked straight to the end and boarded the tender, not a problem!
I can attest to the fact that we had a queue. Based on your casino experiences it sounds like you are a lucky person!

Well home again and the AFF inaugural cruise is now in the past. :( No more planning and looking forward to it.

I had a wonderful time and it was terrific to meet so many of the people behind the names on this board and tot meet some who are not members who bit the bullet and came along for the ride.

Thanks to sinophile for suggesting dates and ships, Pushka for starting the TR and straitman for his cat-herding abilities when required.

Hope we can do it all again one day. :)

Yeah. Well, I understand there was a short cut for ahem, inebriated incapacitated passengers. Kidding.

Actually that was one thing that wasn’t handled well and that was facilities for people unable to walk long distances. We were very lucky it wasn’t too sunny and hot for us, but as it was I did get sunburnt standing in the line for an hour.

I saw another couple of sunburnt people as well who said it was from standing in that long queue, so agreed. Walking out from the ship to the Port was another long haul also this morning. Major is down for the count as we speak, I’ve been trolling Melbourne CBD shops!

And have you had anything leap out with your name on it so to speak and that has begged you to buy it? :)

A water bottle, a pizza recipe book and a bottle of wine (of course!). Pizza recipe book to complement the one we have for use when we stoke up our you beaut outdoor pizza oven. Can’t beat a good pizza oven.

I have to admit I slept a lot of the flight home. No drink or food required. Given we were packed to the gills it sure passed away the time.

So did you drink the bar(s) dry? Or just give it a damned good try?
Well, they were rather expensive but some one of us did receive a large number of vouchers. And a frequency at gaming tables seemed to work as well. I just got one because I’m nice :)
