Finally called about my "still processing voucher". The payment failed!
All the details looked correct according to Qantas. I had checked and was sure that there was available balance on the card. Perhaps some internal fraud thing kicked in with the X purchase of a $50 gift voucher from Qantas.
I'm pretty sure that subsequent vouchers were purchased with a different card with a later statement cut off, - I was a bit shocked when checking the balance of the first card.
