Finally called about my "still processing voucher". The payment failed! All the details looked correct according to Qantas. I had checked and was sure that there was available balance on the card. Perhaps some internal fraud thing kicked in with the X purchase of a $50 gift voucher from Qantas.
I'm pretty sure that subsequent vouchers were purchased with a different card with a later statement cut off, - I was a bit shocked when checking the balance of the first card.

In hindsight, I should've just asked them to cancel the voucher. But it's only $50 and it'll get used.

I used all my vouchers, except that one, purchased over the last 5 days. It's becoming a bit of a problem I still have 9 bonus points vouchers sitting there unused. I can't be bothered with chasing promo points so I buy and use fresh vouchers with every new promo.
