Indeed, but the comp works on "Closest guess to actual post time will win - regardless of whether the guess is earlier or later than the posting time"

So, I have the time bracket before 11:00am, 28/6/08 - 1/2 way to HVR's guess ( 6:10pm, 29/6/08).

HVR's guess is 31:10 ahead of mine, which gives me a window of 15:35 (or until 2:35am on the 29th) after my original guess.

My sums might be slightly wrong though - as they were when I thought I still had ~12 hours left!

I would like to lodge a protest against Straitmans protest. His protest wasn't received within the appropriate time, wasn't in triplicate and witnessed by a JP. I feel this calls for a royal commision and stat decs are required from moderators, OP, and admin. (I will type and send you your statements for signing reflecting the truth as I choose to recall it)
