20,000 Woolworths rewards points with a pet insurance policy

Applied 27 Jan for both and posted today.

It look like your points post 7 days after applied , did you make monthly or fortnight payment ? I took out a policy on 29 JAN fortnight payment still haven't received the points yet after 11 days
 
My transactions have now moved out of pending state on my CC, so I guess that is acceptance of the offer.

We will not debit your account unless your application has been accepted. Your 1st premium instalment will be collected on the day your pet is accepted by us for cover and a policy is issued or as otherwise indicated on your online application. If you have requested your premium to be paid by direct debit, please ensure that sufficient funds are available in the nominated account to cover your premium. Woolworths cannot accept responsibility or liability for dishonour fees charged by your bank in relation to this transaction.
 
So if I was to take out a policy for each of my 5 cats that would be 100k reward points? Or 43500QF.......
Yes. As per #1:

'Remember 20,000 Woolworths bonus points would equal 8700 QFF points if you chose to convert them.'

So 5 x 8700 = 43500.

I have done 5 for me and 5 for MrsSoftDraw. I am comfortable ‘buying’ qantas points at this price but not sure where to draw the line, worried that if I go 20+ ‘Pets’ for each it may not be honoured.

I took out a policy last week and used an Only 1 VISA to pay for it. That card has not yet been charged. Think there may be a problem.

With regards to your question, the policy started on 05/02/2019. We tried to debit the premium amount of $10.46 on 06/02/2019 but it was rejected by your bank on 07/02/2019. The banking details we have on file is your visa card number ending in 098.

So looks like Only 1 VISA cannot be used for these policies.
 
From the T&C's - Woolworths Rewards bonus points will be loaded within 30 days of the first premium being paid in full.
I think OP's concern may have been that others have reported getting the points very quickly.

After 8 days, I'm still waiting too :)

Anyone get cheaper than a 3 month old Maine Coon desexed female cat. In NSW this was $9.83 a fortnight.

Dogs seem to be more expensive every attempt I make. Cheapest I could find was an 8th month old sexed Beagle Cross male. In NSW this was $12.42 a fortnight.

I would like to know this info as well! I know there was that earlier post with the Woolworths quote of the points being awarded per policy...but would be great to hear confirmation from someone!

I have not received anything for any of my policies as yet however I can also confirm the info given. Just got off the phone to the call centre where they confirmed that the promo was applied to all 5 of my policies and that I would receive 20k pts x 5 within 30 days of the first premium being paid.

My plan now is to hold off for a week before purchasing several more policies. The reason for this is that the 30 day period for these policies will finish before the 21 day cooling off period for the ones I will buy next week. If there are any issues receiving the initial lot of points I will be able to cancel the others for no cost if I determine that is the way to go.
 
I didn't realise how many closet "cat ladies" their were.
