Take out a pet insurance policy with Woolworths before February 24 and receive a bonus 20,000 Woolworths rewards points if you use this code: PET20K

I'm yet to check the cost of their most basic policy to see how much the points would actually cost to 'buy'. Terms suggest you would need to keep the policy for at least 30 days to get the bonus.

Remember 20,000 Woolworths bonus points would equal 8700 QFF points if you chose to convert them.

Pet Insurance Australia | Woolworths Pet Insurance

'Offer applies to new policies only before 11:59pm 24 February 2019 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. To receive the offer you must be a Woolworths Rewards member (excludes Tasmanian residents) and enter your Woolworths Rewards card number plus the promo code PET20K at time of purchasing the policy. Woolworths Rewards bonus points will be loaded within 30 days of the first premium being paid in full.'

That will be my pet. Awaiting the cost benefit once Dr Ralph advises. :)
Actually I was waiting for someone else to do a few random quotes and get the cheapest price available :)

I know nothing about pet insurance and wouldn't even know for example whether it will be cheaper for a cat or a dog, a male or a female animal or a very young or middle aged animal.

I figured a house dog of youngish age might be cheapish :
$15.30 pf for a male poodle of about 14 months old. So, as I can't see the T&Cs but if kept for 30 days = $31 for 20K WOW pts (8700QF).

Can you take out multiple policies if for example you owned several cats? Or just one per household?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I priced for a 1 year old cat for $9.83/fortnight. Hope the points arrive before the third payment! Worth a try :)
