10 bonus Velocity status credits for transferring 10,000 flybuys points

I got the offer, lots of FlyBuy points due to signing up for the Coles Mastercard, and the 10 SC would definitely help to help me retain Platinum for a second year (I'm currently 33 SC short and was going to make up the rest via shopping at Coles).

I will most likely make use of the offer, however I'm waiting until the end of the month before transferring in case there is a bonus transfer offer coming up as well.

I expect the next bonus points offer will begin on 1 May - the day after this promo expires. So you'll need to pick one or the other.

Personally I am not bothering to renew my Velocity status so will wait for the bonus points.

I didn't receive the offer but like Mattg, I would prefer the 15 per cent bonus on transfers than SCs which I have no use for. Fingers crossed for May.

I got the email and its great timing because due to a number of cancelled flights, I was concerned about retaining my status this year. However on my email, there was was also a 15% bonus on first transfer of points, until end of April. Perhaps this is targeted going by comments above?

I've got 120k in flybuys points, and almost 2m velocity. Might move enough to get the credits I want but not too worried about the 15% bonus, it is icing on the cake though.

I got the status credits email from VA earlier - it doesn’t look targeted. Even more interestingly I just got an email from Flybuys offering 100 *Velocity* bonus points for every 2000 Flybuys transferred in April, which works out as a 11.5% bonus.
