I'm a VA Gold flying through AUH tonight onwards to London in Y with Etihad. VA states I'll have access to a lounge but does not specify which one. I've heard Al Reem is permanently closed and the Etihad business lounge doesn't accept Gold pax, does anyone know which lounge I'd have access to?

VA Lounge is serving Stella now, I guess it's a nice change, would prefer a wider variety of other tap beers though.

I have a colleague who is flying VA BNE-SYD in the morning on a saver fare, then later in the evening back to SYD-BNE in business class. Does this enable him to access the lounge in the morning in BNE as it's technically before his flight? He currently holds no status with VA. Cheers

I've noticed that Saver, Flexi and Business fares have risen again today across the board on most major domestic routes. Could be to do with Virgin offering discounts to small businesses.

I'm interested redeeming my points for a J award seat using points + pay. I was looking all over the virgin website and was unable to find whether reward seats earn SCs. I'm aware they don't earn velocity points though. Can someone clear that one up for me? Cheers!
