Cricketers bar at the Windsor Hotel is OK. Better than the Imperial Hotel. Both at the Cnr Spring & Bourke

I assume the preference would be for white, or is a softer red acceptable?

I'm bringing a bottle of red to dinner...would have brought more but I'm carry on only. My Hilton account is showing a relaxation suite at HOTP atm (find out if correct in 4 hrs when I check in)...a possible venue for after dinner drinks if there is a bottle shop nearby

Walk out the front door and turn left. Less than 150 metres is a bottle shop.
