Is this worth a precious one hour out of two before a long flight?
Anyone with any experiences?
Cheers.

I have had 2 massages from Nick...Very topical. I just had one about 20 minutes ago.
The massages are great. The masseuse's name was Nick (Sydney), I think. Was about 25 minutes.

Am enjoying pork belly, penfolds, and tenderloin right now....![]()
BTW I read somewhere that it was for F passengers only, this is not the case.
I've used the SYD spa quite a few times & found the young lady that you meet at the front desk to be a little disinterested, distant & appears to crave to be somewhere else when approached . The only time the reception has ever approached something like a happy smiley demeanour is when I travel F with QF & have pre-booked.
The majority of times I've used the spa has been traveling F with BA or J with BA or CX - no pre-booking & therefore, the sour puss attitude seems to come out to play!
I have found all other staff in the lounge to be happy, friendly & ready to please.
F passengers and CL members can prebook a few days before their arrival, while everyone else needs to book when they get to the lounge, space permitting.
I've been in Mel F when it's very quiet and they approach you in the lounge inviting you to go for a massage. Great service all round in the F lounge.
Was fortunate enough to have massage today at the Sydney F Lounge, without being to rude, it's probably fortunate that it is complimentary. BTW I read somewhere that it was for F passengers only, this is not the case.
