I have on my last flight 2wks ago

[n7of9]

I look for any excuse to get up and walk during a long flight so I don't really ever use the call button

same, guilty as charged.

on reflection, it's mostly on EU flights, not as much on the legs home to or from Sin

On SQ in particular? (as in SQ is so good you don’t need to use the button) - or airlines more generally?

On SQ i’ve only needed it when waking up and wanting a coffee. But otherwise a lot can depend on the various airlines and their policies - CX for example will completely leave you alone and you need to use the button for assistance.

Hit it plenty times to in all cabins - I have zero patience

I found with the JAL Business Skysuite they leave you alone (especially if the door is closed), but do a call (or order something using the IFE menu) and they are there in a flash with a smile ...

Usually once or twice per flight, but not during meal services.

The kids press it probably 5 times or so per flight for more snacks, chocolate or juice. They know not to press during meal times though, unless it's meal related
