How do I get access to these offers?

I received this email this morning:

And also given a $20 refund - which doesn't seem sufficient in the circumstances?

After a bit of back and forth they managed to find 'one last bottle' for me which has arrived today. So a happy outcome in the end despite the very poor initial response.

I just hope this bottle wasn't taken away from another customer...

Thanks, @olympicwiz.

I haven't been able to locate the promised 2014 Empyrean. Would anyone have a direct link? Or perhaps this one is to be released later in the day?

Edit: please disregard. Found the Empyrean (doesn't appear on the Cyber Monday page): Rewrapped: Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 – Black Friday Deal #43087 - Red Wine | Vinomofo Australia

The Empyrean is tempting. $299 for a 6-pack. Add a $50 mof_ giftcard, bringing cart total to $349. XZQ7L6K for $25 off, bringing total down to $324. Those with an AMEX may have a $70 off $299 spend offer, further bringing total down to $254 for the 6-pack and a $50 giftcard. $204 excluding the value of the gift card, or $34/btl.

How do you add a gift card?
