Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

It was available online and processed normally, I dont see what the difference is between stock in the shop or online for the same price.
They should just do what Dans did with WB a few months ago and process the orders they accepted.

They should but unlike DM, LL don’t own up to their mistakes. Ironically DM is the biggest loser of this price error after agreeing to PM.

Normally in store clearance is done to get rid of stock that doesn’t sell in specific store/area. I would assume LL can sell Blackwell at RRP in other stores hence they don’t wish to get rid and delete all the stock.

GWD has an offer due to a cancelled export clearance. $48RRP? down to $11.99.
Wakefield/Taylor's Sea Dragon Valley Reserve Shiraz 2017

Can't seem to find any reviews. Any knowledge on this? Cab Sav also available

Doesn't seem to be anything out there on this. It's an export label (obviously) I'm assuming to China from the name. So probably completely unknown outside that market. Treat RRp as completely unreliable as it's not sold here and who knows what it was to be sold for overseas - not that that would translate to anything meaningful here anyway.

All that said - personally I've been happy with the Taylors wines I've had. Their estate, Jaraman and St Andrews are alway reliable. If you're looking for bbq wine or quaffers might be worth a punt.

I don’t mind Taylor’s Jaraman so I rang to enquire. The Wakefield sea Dragon is a single vineyard wine like the estate range and unlike the blended Jaraman. The Sea Dragon is made for export and has no direct Australian comparison but supposedly would sit somewhere between the estate range and the Jaraman range for what that’s worth 😁

MV Nadeson Collis Coda [Henty]
This magnificent multi-vintage sparkling wine is for people who like their fizz bone-dry, super-complex and with heaps of rich, nutty, yeasty, savoury flavour. Not for sipping as an aperitif: drink it out of large wine glasses with wild mushroom risotto. The other two Nadeson Collis sparkling wines are also brilliant: the non-vintage Inception ($45) is a fine, nutty blend of barrel-fermented chardonnay and pinot noir from the 2017 vintage, plus 25 per cent reserve wine drawn from the perpetual blend; while the 2011 Millesime ($65) is a refined, pure expression of chardonnay with the lemony, biscuity layers of flavour that come from nine years on lees. $145

Well, DM is the winner for me as I wont go to LL anymore ;)

I called the LL number to clarify the status of my Blackwell order. The guy on the phone said there wasn't any note on the system or issues with the order that he could see—they were just waiting to pick the bottles. Credit card has been charged and flybuys points recorded so perhaps there is still hope ...

Ha! My friends got shipping notification as well. Maybe someone at LL decided to learn from past mistakes and own up to their price errors.

I didn’t get any notification but already got enough bottles from DM. Hope anyone who missed on the PM gets their orders fulfilled.

My order is still showing as open (not processed or shipped) with delivery By Oct 27.

Has anyone received an Auspost notification regarding shipping?
Got a notification through the AusPost app that 'Shipping information received by Australia Post' this afternoon.

My order has now updated to shipped with a tracking number, but I haven’t received notification from Auspost yet.

Edit: it seems I spoke too soon - have now received an Auspost notification.
