Are you sure the flight you want has been released yet?

I would delete the MXP to PRG via LHR flights and take that as a separate paid flight.the agent called back and quoted me 580k points per person. Argh but I can’t see where the rules are broken?!!
Ok finally got an answer from an agent from Auckland center. She explained that I am over the mileage hence it’s broken, the mileage with the hkt-kul-nrt tipped it over by 60miles. I am surprised by how much gcm is out compared to qantas... back to drawing board

So I am a total idiot and forgot our first flight has to transit in hkd and forgot to put that in and that pushed the whole thing over 35k miles.That is out by a lot compared to GCMap.
Not sure if I would take that excuse.

I actually called at 7 am, 7.30, then about 8ish again today and all went to Manila, then afternoon call back its Manila again.... not until about 4.30 i got a call back from Auckland... I have a feeling that Manila/SA is in full force trainingjkcfc, phone at 6.30am as you are more likely to get the Oz or NZ Call Centre. If Manila or SA answers, HUACA. There’s no point trying to reason with them.
I’ve made multiple changes to my 280,000 point booking. If the e-ticket doesn’t arrive pretty fast (within 30 minutes) then I call back. They can re-issue within 10-15 minutes if walked through.
Waiting for a day may mean cancelled flights as you will have already read from other posts on here.
