Late posting Status Credits - Need them for Gold

hi All, just looked at Mrs Bobe activity statement, it has gone to Zero as her year was up yesterday, but she is still waiting for UL points to be added on flights that were taken about 2 weeks ago, which would have given her Gold by one point,what will happen, ? Thanks in Advance.

If the flight was taken before the end of the status year, and the flight earned as expected, then the SCs will be credited eventually and they will count to status earn. You might have to chase them over it, though.

Good. How long is it since the flights?

If more than a week then I'd be calling. Either that or send an email to [email protected] with a copy of the eticket and scans of the BP's attached, explaining about the status crediting for July.

I'd contact QF FF centre and explain the situation. See what they can do.
