Based on everybody’s past experiences, how pedantic are Westpac when it comes to the wording on the 12-month exclusion clause?
I churned a standard Westpac Qantas Altitude card last October for a point offer (not an Altitude Platinum or Altitude Black). The page says that “Existing Westpac customers who currently hold an Altitude Platinum or Altitude Black credit card, or who have held one in the last 12 months, are not eligible for this offer.”
If I apply for the black card this time, am I right in assuming that they will have to honour the 80,000 point offer?
