Update Your Password For A 1000 Points

My "Password Update 1K Points Offer" 1,000 points have posted to my HHonors account on 2 April.
 
Just checked account. Nothing there yet for me
 
Looks like it's back, I got an email today telling me that I can get 1,000 points for changing my password. All done.

As posted in the grammar thread the wording is atrocious.
*If you've already updated your password on or after March 10, 2015, no further action is necessary. Your Points will be bonused in the coming weeks.

Updated my password twice already since March and the emails keep coming.
Still waiting for the points to be posted.
 
Points have posted.

I'd forgotten password. Requested sign in help. Received email and as soon as I saw the format required I remembered password. Why does it need to be that complex?
