In actual practice very few stroke patients get the stroke drug-thrombolysis.The figures for Australia in 2009/10 were only 1% of those with a clot got thrombolysis.The numbers are higher in larger centres.

Business class is full both flights. Let's hope nothing stupid happens and I lose 23J otherwise I will kick the seat in front to/from BKK.
