No hats inside at RSL clubs!

As it is in my RSL, but in the past it was manners to take your hat off when going inside anywhere. Now, copying the Americans who all wear baseball hats who are seated at a table in a burger place or McDonalds or similar....

I'd also like to extend my thanks to 17K on QF82 27 Oct for the same reason - coughed every few seconds for HOURS. They likely passed whatever they had on to two of us.

When they eventually felt asleep they did so with their overhead light on and screen playing at full brightness for the entire night flight...

You just know who it is don't you. The only person I'd been near who showed any signs of an infection. 6 hours exposure. And the usual 36 hours or so later.

Oh yeah. And glass doors on hotel bathrooms. Especially when the light fuses in there and won't go off. At bedtime. And simply too exhausted to bother calling up and getting it fixed on a Sunday evening. Big mistake.

The b@stard in Row 4d JQ125 on 30 October Adelaide to Bali who coughed continuously with no attempt at covering up and now giving me his filth. One of those larger than life people, good ole, noisy, yapped all the time, multiple bags that he threw up into various lockers. We knew he would recline back into MrP but was hoping he was no longer infectious.

I actually had a run in with someone today around this. Started coughing all in front of me while walking near him, so I dodged around him, he got all defensive and offended. I’m like to him, dude, your the only coughing all over me! I don’t want this stuff thanks.

Some people are weird. I’ve had a similar run in with mothers and young kids who are coughing and spreading germs, people get all grumpy and angry when I make a point by moving away or giving ‘the look’. I’ve got better things to do than sit at home crook from some disease for a few days!

Yes. Agree completely. We had masks in the overhead. Should have used them. Will have some closer to hand on way back. I quite like masks when it's my choice. Anyways seems short lived. 48 hours. Either that or the Panadol and two G&T are the new cures.

Mention to CA you don't think they are fit for travel, and maybe they are not, and maybe if they have a connecting flight ...
