First time I have used this website for a measly 4x points.

Now 2 days and still no email of gift card details even though charged $150 for purchase. They say most purchases are processed within 10 minutes. Yeah right.

Now I have to chase up gift card and that could take another 48 hours.

The support when these issue arise is atrocious.

Has Woolworths been having having staffing issues. Have many bonus point issue that are idle for days and days and have not been resolved. Some have had no response.
