Who else still holds the Citibank Free For Life Premier Card?

Mine is still Visa for now so I can't comment on the validity problems when it converts to MC. I can look forward to that hassle no doubt when it does. I haven't tried to use the virtual card on the phone to access a lounge yet, so dunno whether it works or not. Have tried to get a physical card posted, but Australia Post are delivering nothing that isn't sent by mega-expensive express means and PP only send out physical cards by surface mail with no tracking, so they are the lowest of the low priority deliveries for Australia Post. It'll be a miracle if Australia Post ever deliver them. Given that I'm still receiving Christmas Cards in the mail now that were posted in the UK in November last year, I'm not exactly holding my breath.
 
I have a physical Priority Pass valid to late 22.
In the app it says 2 free visits available.
But under Profile it says "Your payment card has expired. Please update it on our website."

Is my current Priority Pass still active and valid for use for 2 visits?

Anyone used Priority Pass in 2022 with this info on app?
 
I had to set up a new PP account when my card switched from Visa to Mastercard...
 
Yes I understand a new PP account required on the switch from Visa to Mastercard but this has not occurred yet on my Citibank card.

Really surprised no one seems to have experienced and answered.
 
I’ve had the card for years and never used the Priority Pass. Constantly asking myself why I still have this card!
 
Following up if anyone has used current free priority pass attached to Citibank FFL Visa card without issue or has had to ring Citibank as needed to update Priority pass account due to Mastercard swap of Citi card!

I got a new PP plastic card maybe like 6 months ago. Haven't had the chance to use it thou.

My digital pass just got extended automatically, somehow!
 
My Citibank Premier card is still a Visa, and at least when I open the Priority Pass app or visit the website they both say entitlement = 2 visits. So no indication of any issue?

I take it if you get swapped Visa -> MasterCard you can't just update the card details on the Priority Pass website (presumably that's just used for charging you for additional visits, not the original entitlement)?
 
That's the same with me but people are saying that when you go to use PP it does not work.....
I'm trying to find out before I attempt to use it if I need to call Citibank to get updated PP.
 
my PP worked fine one month ago, first time using it in over 2 years, never updated anything. No idea when Citi changed Visa to MC
 
I've just been advised I'm being switched to the Mastercard. Think I will wait until that is done before sorting the PP out.

Have you rang Citi and got a new PP number for to Mastercard CFF and used.... immediately after speaking to Citi?
 
Well come 25th May I'm going to try... hopefully as you say Visa with Priority Pass.... digital or card works!

Just discovered family member has new priority pass physical card 2023 expiry and when I installed app and also online the old Feb 2022 card is there which is expired. Has anyone else experienced this?
I have emailed priority pass the issue. Do you thing they will fix the issue? All other accounts seem unaffected?

yes, something like that.. online said i was expired but card had a month to go, i called and they said it was fine, and i used the card a couple days late, got a new card a couple weeks after that.
