the ability to book travel through Citi Rewards directly will be discontinued from 1 September, and no bookings are being taken for dates after 31 August. Probably not hugely important (I never used it), but still, not a good trend...
So why worry? It would have been the first time for me to use it so I guess I can't say I'll miss it.
I'm glad my card has a 2027 expiry date then. Used my 2nd Priority pass this year just last weekend. Made sure I achieved full value - arranged connecting flight to get there just as it opened & had around 3 hours to use it. As I left there was a queue of around 20 people waiting to get in.I got my new Mastercard today... nothing about free for life updated cards.... a mention of annual fee on paper work but no amount... new priority pass info included as now Mastercard... and under NAB

It's still up to $36AU at priority pass food venue to spend?
So I just phoned Priority Pass to find out about the 2 new passes with each membership year.Do the new passes come through automatically or do I need to contact Citi to issue them? Or do I need to sign up to yet another PP account with the Invitation Code from Citi? Surely I don't have to do that each year?
What?! I have never had to do that.So I just phoned Priority Pass to find out about the 2 new passes with each membership year.
Turns out that each PP membership expires after 1 year. I got my last 2 passes Feb 2023, so my membership expires in Feb 2024.
I need to contact Citibank after then to issue the 2 new passes - which means generating yet another PP account as there is no option in the online wizard to renew the passes to an existing PP account. Seems kinda odd to me - I would think if the CC is active then renewal of the 2 PP passes would happen automatically. But the nice customer service person I spoke to at PP was quite explicit as I reiterated my question...definitely need to contact Citi to renew as the PP membership expires.
Same here, except when I had to register for a new account after Citibank changed my card from Visa to MastercardI have used the free entries using the same PP account I have had for years.
