Who else has to regularly chase up Qantas for points & status credits owed....

Currently sitting at two weeks for me, nothing credited. My Qantas number was linked to the booking and on both boarding passes. Thank you.

Update: As Donald Trump would say there was a massive dump of flights appearing in my Qantas statement:


To be perfectly honest I'm surprised everything posted so fast. It should be noted here that the LIS MAD flight was operated by iberia but was an AA marketed flight (apparently). Unsure if that might be why the Iberia flight posted so quickly alongside the other connecting flights I took.

Turns out my corp TA started sending every airline FF # I had on file with them in all bookings to any airline (incl Qantas bookings), so Qantas didn't know whether to credit or not (which is fair - it included a whole range of OW carriers).

Why would TA do such a thing?

Hi all - I've flown six QF codeshare flights with EK over the past 4 weeks (booked as QF on QF website).
None of the points appeared on my account after flights - I was about to lose points as I hadn't flown OW for coming up on 18mths, so did a claim for the first 2 and they went on pretty quickly after.
I'm going to be flying codeshare with EK a lot over the next few months - should I just be prepared to have to claim every time?

Can I ask how long does ALL Accor will credit points into Qantas when you have accounts linked?
I stayed in an ALL APAC Hotel last weekend and still have no points into Qantas.

Usually takes 3-4 days for Accor to credit their own reward points and then I find Qantas points will come a few days after that.

Yep. I’m waiting for a stay from 02 Jan (posted to ALL the other day).

QF flights 2 and 3 Jan posted to ALL quicker!
