Who else has to regularly chase up Qantas for points & status credits owed....

However, the status credits have yet to land. From what I have read a delay of up to 5 days is considered normal. Could someone confirm that?
Flights with partners can take a week to credit as their systems are not live with QFF, they do a connect and data exchange usually on a weekly basis at set times.

Apologies for reviving this old thread but thought I'd share some recent data points for AFF:
Flew British Air yesterday on the following routing FRA > LHR > INV. The flight was booked into Business (I) as a cash fare, direct with the airline. Furthermore the boarding passes clearly show my QFF details with the flights even showing up in the QF app. However, the status credits have yet to land. From what I have read a delay of up to 5 days is considered normal. Could someone confirm that?

Also, I should note that my membership year ends on November 30 and these flights (along with a flight I am taking today and another one tomorrow) will put me at exactly the 600 status credits I need to retain Gold. If for some reason I do have to chase down QF for those points, what is the current advice, particularly for someone who wants to keep their Gold status ahead of a long haul trip they are taking on 22 December?

Hi, I’ve just looked at my activity (have a lot of non Qantas) and it’s usually 4 or 5 days to credit after a BA flight.

Slightly better than Iberia who credit to Qantas once per week

Who else has to regularly chase up Qantas for points & status credits owed....?

I'm tired of having to continually chase up Qantas for points and status credits, particularly from shopping and Jetstar flights.

Once in a blue moon I receive my Jetstar points and SC's within 48 hours which proves it can be done, however I normally have to chase and chase these thru missing points claims - sometimes for 20+ flights per year.

I am SICK of it Qantas. You run a program, we pays our money, now honour your side of the bargain!

And shopping!!
My ongoing list of outstanding points claims normally runs at 4 to 10 items minimum.
Serial offenders include Kogan (one claim in particular is now 48 weeks old!!), Appliances Online and others. Ebay on the other hand is good.

This is a Qantas problem as they refuse to hold these recalcitrant sellers to account.

I'm tired of pro forma responses from Qantas telling me "we will respond in 5 days" and never hearing from them.
I'm tired of complaints forms being ignored!

Personally, I think Qantas is the second worse customer service organisation (to Telstra) in Oz, but we have no choice and they know it - which makes their lousy service even more reprehensible...100 day refunds anyone...

Any thoughts? And please don't use Covid as a excuse...
I always used to have to chase shopping points if I used Chrome. About 2 yrs ago I decided to try a different browser just for Qantas Shopping -Edge. I don't use Edge for anything else and I haven't had a single problem since I changed.
BTW Before I changed the only points I got were eBay - they always came through.

To give you another data point, my BA flight in J from FLR-LCY got credited to my QF account 4 days later.
