I've needed to make a lot of claims over the past year, and I was perhaps too patient for a lot of them. I've now realised if I haven't had a response to a claim email within a week I'm probably never getting one. Emailing the same request again months later has then occasionally worked for me.
Exact same for me with some BA and IB flights, after finally getting them to credit, the SC's expired immediately and missed the rollover inclusion. I emailed back requesting they be added back as part of the rollover, but never received a response. I suppose it's time to email again!
