When will the Melbourne domestic business lounge open?

Given that Sydney is opening up their border to Victorian from 23rd Nov 2020, I was wondering when will they going to open back their business lounge. I have a trip booked on 24th Nov, hope I can visit the lounge again.

I presume it still sits on the government restrictions. VIC still has serious capacity restrictions in place (40 people with density requirement). I presume thats the restriction holding them back (cost of lounge vs number of people being able to use it). Also how are they going to prioritise the 40 given that includes everyone from Chairmans to Qantas Club.

Presuming restrictions do relax on the 23rd for VIC then they may consider it as 100 people is presumably a more manageable number in terms of cost vs patrons. But basically no news yet

There are still capacity limits in place for venues so I suspect they'll want those capacity limits to get eased first.

Edit: That and the 25km rule on how far one can travel. If most Melburnians can't legally get to the airport that's going to have an impact.

Probably need to ease a bit more, and travel resume to a reasonable level. Probably be paced by how the restrictions are lifted over the coming weeks

Would need to consider the 25km radius based on the airport, rather than CBD to see what portion of Melbourne sits further than 25km from the airport... quite a large chunk. Locals maybe able to comment more on the likely population densities/concentrations etc within the areas to the airport... still a large chunk.

So now the latest bubble is supposedly going, when will the MEL QF Business Lounge, or the even the Trough (sorry, QF Club) re-open?
