What time do they start serving alcohol in the international business lounge?

Hi all, searched forums and the web high and low and only seem to find references to the Qantas domestic lounges not serving alcohol until midday. Do they serve alcohol earlier in the international business lounge?
We're heading off for a tropical holiday, passing through the international business lounge in Melbourne around 9am and will be wanting bubbles to kick start the holiday!

If the international lounge is open ...then alcohol is available*.

*Generally - The only time I have come across no alcohol was in Victoria on ANZAC day before noon.

24/7 if there are outbound flights. The earliest I've had alcohol at BNE is 6am.

IME if the lounge is open, so is the bar (interesting exception noted by serfty).

OP will travel via MEL but I suppose same applies as for SYD. For my recent travels, I've avoided alcohol pre-departure and kept consumption to a minimum onboard, avoiding beer.
