What is your favourite hotel loyalty program, and why?

As the title says! I’m curious to hear which loyalty program people are considering most worthwhile, and why.
I am Accor platinum, Hilton Diamond and haven’t ventured any further than that. I like the lounges at Accor more than the Hilton properties I’ve stayed at, but find other supposed perks very hit and Miss (e.g. welcome amenity).
would love to hear pros and cons from others.
