Mr Flyfrequently cooked his Crispy Pork Belly.
He hasn't done one since I triumphed with my #1 Christmas Ham #2 Soft Pork belly in the "Pork three ways" challenge on Christmas Day.

Will give him kudos to last night's effort 👌

Sunday lunch at Tziki Bar, Forest Glen. Started off with whitebait.

Then the Sunday special slow cooked lamb shoulder platter.

We also had the roasted cauliflower salad as we love it.

Two thirds of the lamb is now in our fridge ready for roast lamb sandwiches with mint jelly.

Lunch in Nimes yesterday. We had planned to have a leisurely lunch but hadn't known that a bull festival was taking place and the whole town was bursting at the Sean's - so ----

Wow…that’s a feed and a half. This place is going on my list!
So if you go on a Sunday ask if they still have the Sunday $69 BBQ special on. They are not advetising it now but we were told it was. Then again we have been going every Sunday for quite some time for our Sunday lamb roast. Was always a thing when I was a youngster. the family had roast lamb on a Sunday.

AveForchetta Bucharest. Had dinner there last night and enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch. Would highly recommend in your in Bucharest.

Dinner was pork chop with mash (Cotletta Di Forza), Half Moon chicken with chips and salad plus grilled veggies. See menu for full description as both had other flavours and were delicious (and huge). Menu prices are in RON so AUD is about 1/3.

Lunch was octopus (Mediterranean Octopus) and prawns (Shrimply the Best). Both outstanding and one of the best dishes we’ve had on the trip so far. We’ve had grilled octopus a few times in Sicily and Greece and was very disappointed as it was rubbery and just not that nice. The flavours in both these dishes were incredible with the prawns just edging out the octopus. Again check below menu for full ingred.
